This is a fast-drying base coat that immediately evens out and treats the surface of your nail. It improves the adherence of your nail polish to your nails and reduces their bulkiness. Its transparent and easy to apply texture contains an UV filter that protects against nail coloring and yellowing.

Use

Apply a layer of the Fast Dry Base Coat before applying the nail polish. Once dry, apply a nail polish. Then use the Ultra Gloss Top Coat.
